Secured Facilities (SCIF)

Envision can help you safeguard your classified and critical information through the design and construction of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIF). We build turnkey SCIFs tailored to your needs and security regulations. Envision will meet your SCIF requirements from concept to accreditation. In addition, our team performs vulnerability and force protection assessments, accreditation preparation, and day-to-day SCIF operations and management. We are skilled at constructing and operating closed areas as well as spaces to meet special access requirements.  From classifed spaces to TEMPEST, Envision can help you design and build the SCIF that meets your customer's requirements.
 

Project Management

Envision offers a full spectrum of construction oversight and project management services to support our clients activities.  We can work with your existing professional team, or initiate and supervise a team selection process—issuing RFPs, conducting interviews and developing contracts. We will conduct pre-construction meetings, maintain focus on long-lead priorities and set milestones for design and construction phases. We provide daily oversight on construction and budget, complete all punch lists and administer ongoing quality-control procedures.  Our team delivers costs savings by increasing efficiencies and pre-buying certain materials and labor when anticipated increases in demand threaten to raise costs and limit availability. We seek to forecast potentially disruptive surprises early in the development phase, limiting delays in construction and the expense of on-site changes.

When implementing large and small capital improvement projects, we coordinate with property managers and building staff to ensure that all work is done in harmony with a building’s existing tenancy, maintaining quality of life throughout the project. We implement landlord/tenant work-letter items in a wide range of different projects and can also monitor commercial/retail tenant construction or provide build-out services as a third-party vendor.
